3)炒香洋葱碎和蒜末以后,倒入刚才煮牡蛎出来的汁儿,加一点点面粉和奶粉,加盐和黑胡椒粉,煮煮,成酱汁――一般的做法,是用黄油炒,加鲜奶油啥的,我家现在不配备这类高脂肪的东西,所以就用橄榄油和脱脂奶粉凑合了。*sB9^(w\C

4)烤盘铺一层烫过的西兰花,上面铺煮过的蚝,再上面浇上酱汁,再上面撒芝士。
