面包还是比较难做的。用面包机,永远也做不出面包房的口感。但是如果低温发酵的话,还是可以做出的。关键是要多试几次。之后就可以做的好一点。刚开始做,失败率还是比较高的。其实说实话,做菜不累,可能是做惯了。发帖真累呀。想到我平时是个伸手党,没发过什么原创,这次发原创,才知道挪来挪去的也挺麻烦。真的感谢论坛上辛勤付出的大大们。

怪不得我做的面包老是烤发的程度不佳,还有特别喜欢下面铺的燕麦,要是椰蓉就更好了
