葱烧蹄筋
把煮好的牛蹄筋改刀成条,大葱切段;起锅先烧大葱段,烧出香味后放蹄筋,加入少量高汤、胡椒粉(不放盐,蹄筋煮的时候就有味了),改小火收汁;点一点香油出锅。]!Q&PW"|!I#hh)Rc
