1、煎饼的面,选用绿豆粉和面粉二合一,也可以只用面粉,但成品口感会稍粘。绿豆粉用多了,因筋力不够,皮儿容易破,不好操作,所以绿豆粉最多用到1/3。#R G:fm&^&n
