1、煮饭时将切碎的板栗拌匀后同煮,米饭夹着颗颗粉糥的栗子很好吃。2、食用时按个自喜欢搭配喜欢的蔬菜,我配了西兰花及花菜,开水氽烫后加盐快炒即可。3、我买的是去皮的栗子,如果带皮的栗子先剪出十字形口,放于冷水中泡15分钟,加一小勺盐,煮开后关火,趁热可轻易将皮去除。
