这样做鱼的办法倒是很简单,好像少了一道工序,没有最后的勾卤,不知道吃着口味如何。

的确这样把配料都下了会把鱼的鲜味去除,但是同时也去了腥味,鲈鱼分为海鲈和淡水鲈,吃过的都知道海鲈味鲜而淡水鲈味偏腥,如果清蒸海鲈的话我会在最后勾芡的时候下辅料,但是清蒸淡水鲈就不行,因为要去腥就要重口味点,所以在蒸之前下料最好!

哎~曾经非常喜欢吃这个菜。只是后来。被某位大神带着硬是吃腻了。谁能想象3个多月每天都去小蓝鲸吃清蒸鲈鱼的杯具吗!
