原料:肉皮、葱白、姜片、大料、桂皮、香叶、料酒、盐、白糖、生抽、老抽

1. 把猪肉皮用刀刮净毛(如果觉得刮不干净可以用火燎一下),洗净放入开水锅中加少许料酒开盖煮10分钟。
