做法:将羊肉,和棒子骨,杂骨,分别焯水,去掉血水,然后用一大锑锅熬制焯水的棒子骨,杂骨,熬制几个小时,直到汤变白以后,然后加入老姜,少许小香,香叶,和花椒粒,然后将焯水的羊肉放入一起熬制30分钟,就可将羊肉捞出。
