爆炒红蟹
馆子里的香辣蟹多用肉蟹,我喜用红蟹或者花蟹,一来价格便宜,绑肉蟹的那根草绳都不轻啊;二来肉蟹的壳大且硬,不是很好“杀”。我炒螃蟹喜欢用蒜苔,真的为菜式添香不少哦。J1?h*BS
