(转贴)清蒸两味:荷叶蒸虾/豆醬蒸魚
材料:有头大虾二磅,干荷叶一张,葱段二支,姜二片,生油一匙, 绍酒一大匙.

做法:将虾洗净,荷叶亦洗净泡温水变软,将虾放于荷叶上略微摊开,淋上生油,绍酒,葱段,姜,包好置于盘内加盖大火水滚,隔水高火蒸7分钟即可.
