海鲜炒面

材料 :章鱼(烫熟切块),海螺(烫熟切片),牡蛎(烫飞水),细面(烫软滤干),卷心菜(高丽菜)切丝,胡箩卜丝,嫩姜丝,辣椒片。~0Lm(T`)f.H

调味料 :蠔油一大匙,生抽一大匙,料酒一大匙,辣酱半大匙,糖/盐各少许,香醋一茶匙,清水半饭碗。[;q3K1d'gs9L%`J#B

做法 :两大匙烧热,放进卷心菜/胡箩卜/辣椒炒软,加嫩姜和所有调味料(香醋除外)。烧开后放进细面条摊散,待汤汁即将收干时放进章鱼/海螺/牡蛎快速拌炒均匀,滴香醋即可。E9U4tdd
