酒就的干烧钳鱼
[size=4]主料;钳鱼一条,整理干净打花刀用盐、料酒、胡椒粉、姜码味备用。

调料;豆瓣酱、姜米、大蒜、少许豆豉、葱、少许白糖(提味用)少许鸡精。Mab,c)XXA
具体操作;钳鱼下热油锅煎至两面金黄起锅备用,(为健康着想,没有用油炸)热油锅下豆瓣酱、姜米、大蒜、少许豆豉炒香出红油加高汤或水放入煎好的钳鱼,调入少许鸡精、白糖烧至入味撒入葱花即可起锅装盘上桌。
