简易版平底锅烤翅
可惜俺想了好几天,也没想出啥好创意,唉,真是脑袋空空啊,还是规规矩矩做烤翅吧,没有烤箱,咱来个平底锅版的,一样好吃,(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……+SV\-v:`$Fwq

原料:鸡翅2斤,欧约克五香烤肉料一袋,水少许

1.鸡翅洗净,清水泡半小时,把血水泡出8U0u9s-hyk;a:W
2.在泡好后控干水份的鸡翅上扎小孔或者切斜刀,以便鸡翅充分入味(Kp9N uN;P
3.放入烤肉料,和少许清水(一点点加,不可太多,影响成品味道),搅拌均匀

4.放入保鲜袋中,继续给鸡翅做马杀鸡,以便入味,封好口,放入冰箱冷藏过夜(我家人少,我分成了两袋,一袋冷藏,一袋冷冻,冷冻的想啥时吃再拿出来解冻后直接做即可)"d0H ]0rv%l(PB
5.平底锅刷油,一点点即可(鸡翅会出油),把鸡翅码好,盖盖,中小火煎制*aq1~T?abY
6.两面煎成金黄色,即可出锅,开吃吧,是不是很简单?W;s)k
