调料:黄油、奶油(牛奶,椰汁,水都行)、白糖、蜂蜜、桂花酱

1、将红薯切成两半,表面盖一层保鲜膜放入锅中蒸20分钟左右备用(防止红薯吸入过多水分炒出来的红薯泥不够沙);@Q$qQ&p@e|1`
2、将蒸好的红薯刮出红薯泥,加入白糖、黄油、蛋黄、奶油搅拌均匀,再加入少许玉米粒,锅中放入黄油化开后,倒入红薯泥小火炒匀,加少许食用油,转大火炒至不粘锅即可,出锅后淋上蜂蜜、桂花酱,摆上山楂条、撒松仁即可。!Z!ni5ZRXZ _
