1.把鱼切块,用葱,姜,黄酒,细盐,拌渍30分钟入味,然后用大火热油炸。至呈金黄色,口感硬脆时捞出。'bb'j"O1J:tJQ

2.原锅内留少量油,放葱姜,黄油,桂皮,茴香,酱油,白糖及少量汤水,熬成稠厚有粘性的五香卤汁,淋上麻油,再把鱼块浸入卤汁中吸收滋味,再撒上五香粉即可。.{ib+s%Y^7y0t
