土豆炖牛肉

材料:牛肉,土豆,胡萝卜,葱,姜,料酒,茴香,大料.五香粉(A)t)BD3A j m\_

先把牛肉切块用水洗掉血水,然后让料酒和大料,五香粉

牛肉放锅里翻炒下,然后放锅里炖,放酱油放满水,小火炖

要将上面一层白沫去掉.

牛肉炖1小时,五香味道已经溢满整个厨房拉0k,ff!W[*d~/Z[
