黄豆佛手茄
主材又是茄子,多了黄豆,辅料则是黄酱+酱油

这一次两种酱香配到了一起,虽然酱油只是为了着色

做法:1. 黄豆提前泡一上午,清水煮熟(当时加了点盐)

2. 茄子切段后,切成佛手型ok'@!Y0B

3. 油锅煎茄子,并不要把佛手形状破坏j1S^j5QG]*e
4.小火慢炒黄酱,然后加高汤(没有就加水)0ir YV `
5.下茄子和黄豆,加点酱油调色,同时加少许白糖

6.将汤收干即可加水淀粉勾欠。加米酒烹香(没有可省)r&U@-|5t?O B
